In this field, we provide services both to traditional operators of radio and television broadcast, and to providers of audio-visual media services on demand. Our clients also include media agencies, operators of information servers or businesses whose activities are subject to supervision by the Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting – for example, advertisers. We represent our clients regularly in proceedings before the Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting, including licensing proceedings. However, our practice in this sector does not cover public law regulation only, but we provide legal support to our clients also in the context of their business dealings in this field. In this connection, we have drafted e.g. contracts for the transmission of broadcasting or contracts for the provision of broadcasting time.
