Our clients include large sporting associations or endowment funds supporting science or the fight against corruption. We also provide our services to the Association for E-commerce (APEK) and Association of Slovak Collection Companies (ASINS). We also assist a number of different professional associations or associations of owners of units.
In this area, we help our clients with their day to day operational matters, from debt collection to review of contractual documentation. We also take care of matters relating to the constitution of such not for profit organisations, including amending records in the relevant public registers or changes to founding documents.
