We are excited to announce the launch of Mackrell International Golden Visas, a new resource developed through Mackrell International’s Immigration Practice Group as part of their global mobility initiative. This centralized platform provides essential information on Golden Visa programs and investment visa opportunities across more than 50 jurisdictions worldwide, developed through collaborative survey contributions from MI members to ensure authentic, local expertise for each covered jurisdiction.

As part of this global initiative, our MKA Nosko contributed information on the Czech Republic’s investment visa opportunities, including the Long-Term Residence Permit for the Purpose of Investment which requires a minimum investment of CZK 75 million (approximately €3 million) in a Czech company, creation of at least 20 full-time job positions, and at least 30% ownership stake in the benefiting company. Our detailed contribution covers formal requirements, alternative investment pathways including the Startup Visa Program and Digital Nomad Program.
