At the same time, we will ensure that the relevant trade licences – entitlement to carry out business in the relevant fields – are obtained from the respective authorities.
In order to set up a new company with registered capital exceeding CZK 20,000, it is necessary to open a bank account to pay the registered capital into, and then to credit the account with the minimum registered capital of the company (the minimum amount of registered capital is not limited). We can also assist you with opening a bank account and obtaining a confirmation from the bank that the registered capital has been paid.
The requirement to pay registered capital into a bank account does not apply if the registered capital of a company is under CZK 20,000; such capital must be deposited with a deposit administrator.
