Settlement of disputes out of court
On 5.2.2016, the Czech Bar Association was authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Czech Republic to handle out of court settlement of consumer disputes between a lawyer and a consumer arising from Contracts for the Provision of Legal Services (on the basis of Act no. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended).
