Petr obtained his Master’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at Charles University, where he also completed a Ph.D. He is one of the founding partners of Mašek, Kočí, Aujezdský, and is also one of the authors of the eAdvokacie system, which allows us to provide legal services via the Internet.

Petr is listed on the Czech Bar Association’s register of attorneys, is a member of its Control Board, and was appointed by the Minister of Justice to serve on the Czech Bar Association’s Examination Board for Criminal Law. He is also a member of the Union of Defense Lawyers of the Czech Republic.

In his current practice, Petr primarily specializes in representing clients in court and providing criminal defense in economic crime cases. His expertise includes also property law and financial services law.

As part of his work at Mašek, Kočí, Aujezdský, Petr has represented and defended clients in several high-profile cases widely reported by the media, including successful representation in proceedings before the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court. He has also been involved in drafting complex contract documentation and advising on large property transactions.
