Vladimír graduated from the Law Faculty of the Comenius University in Bratislava. He is registered on the roll of lawyers of the Slovak Bar Association. He is a partner at the law firm Nosko & Partners in Bratislava. In his legal practice, Vladimír specialises in regulatory law and real estate law.
