New article regarding Regulation (EU) 2018/302 on addressing unjustified geo-blocking and other forms of discrimination was published on our website. The Regulation addresses access to online interface of an e-shop, prohibition of different terms of business for customers from various countries of the EU, and prohibition of discrimination for reasons relating to payment for goods or services. The protocols work to limit discrimination based on nationality, place of residence, or place of establishment in cross-border online transactions.
